Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Fit House Belfast collects, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Who we are

Fit House Belfast is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at info@fithousebelfast.com or at 393–395 Antrim Road, Belfast, BT15 3BG.

Information we collect

When you enquire about the 21 Day Kickstart, book a consultation or contact us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address and telephone number;
  • the answers you submit through a lead or enquiry form;
  • messages and call or appointment details; and
  • information you choose to provide about your goals, training experience or availability.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, explain the programme, arrange and confirm appointments, provide relevant follow-up, manage our relationship with you and improve our service. We may contact you by telephone, email, SMS or WhatsApp using the details you provide.

Our lawful basis

We process enquiry information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating our business. Where consent is required for direct marketing, we rely on your consent. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.

Who we share information with

We use trusted providers to operate our lead forms, customer relationship system, appointment booking and communications. These may include Meta, WhatsApp and our Flowstate CRM service providers. They process information on our instructions or under their own privacy terms where applicable. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use providers that apply recognised transfer safeguards or other protections permitted by UK data-protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage your enquiry and follow-up, normally no longer than 24 months after our last meaningful contact unless you become a client or we must retain information for a longer legal, accounting or safeguarding reason.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Your right to object: you can object at any time to our use of your information for direct marketing. Contact info@fithousebelfast.com and we will stop those messages.

Concerns or complaints

Please contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Updates

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change.
